Coffee beans drying on wooden raised beds at the TerraBrew mountain roastery at golden hour, a steaming mug in the foreground
Roasted Tuesdays & Fridays · Shipped same day

Coffee for people who like mornings.

Single-origin lots from misty mountain farms, roasted in 12-kilo batches, and at your door while the bag still smells like the roastery.

The roastery

One roaster, two roast days, zero shortcuts

Marcus has run the same 1962 Probat for eleven years. He roasts by sound and smell first, software second — small 12-kilo batches, logged by hand, stamped by hand. If a batch drifts off profile, it becomes staff coffee, not your coffee.

Every bag carries its roast date and batch number, because freshness is a fact, not a vibe.

Origins

We know the hands that pick it

Two farmers in straw hats picking ripe red coffee cherries on a steep hillside above a sunrise sea of clouds

Direct trade, honestly paid

We buy from nine farming families at 2–3× commodity price, visit every origin each harvest, and fund drying beds and seedlings — because great coffee starts with growers who can afford to grow it well.

Brewing

Three minutes to a better morning

  1. Grind fresh, weigh honest18 grams, medium-fine — like sea salt. A cheap scale beats an expensive guess.
  2. Bloom and waitTwice the water's weight in coffee, 40 quiet seconds. This is where the magic smell happens.
  3. Pour slow, drink slowerSpiral to 290 grams, let it draw down flat. Total time: about three minutes. Worth every one.

Signature drinks

Poured with unreasonable care

Every espresso drink is pulled on this week's roast — never a separate "espresso blend" sitting in a hopper going stale.
